Councillors
We currently have 6 parish councillors (with one vacancy), and their details are listed, along with their responsibilities, on the table below. Members are normally elected every 4 years, with vacancies occurring between elections filled by either election or co-option. The last election was in May 2019.
Our Borough Councillor is Phil North (cllrpnorth@testvalley.gov.uk). The Bourne Valley Ward includes Vernham Dean, Tangley & Enham. He is very happy to help with any questions regarding Borough Council services and can also advise on planning applications and related issues in the Parish. Phil is also Leader of the Borough Council, Cabinet Chairman, and a member of the General Purposes Committee.
Our County Councillor is Kirsty North (kirsty.north@hants.gov.uk). Kirsty is available to help with Highways matters within the Parish. She is also a Test Valley Borough Councillor (and married to Phil!).
Our Local Member of Parliament is the Rt Hon Kit Malthouse, Member for North West Hants (kit.malthouse.mp@parliament.uk)
